There's nothing more powerful than a B-1B full afterburner takeoff. This baby is one of the loudest aircraft you'll ever hear. Simply awesome.When I was stationed at Nellis AFB, there was only one aircraft that ever woke me up -- the B-1B. You get used to the F-16s and F-15s flying early morning ops, but when a B-1B would takeoff, it was thunderous and shook the entire dorm building. Loved it.
